Dried Sardines Pure Dashi
Balanced blend of domestic kelp, using Nagasaki manufactured dried sardines.
It has a mild taste blended with Okinawa baked salt. Rather than using a single salt, the mixture of Okinawan baked salt and domestically produced seawater-derived salt makes the dashi taste even better. The 24% blend of Okinawa baked salt is the mildest taste.
It is an allergen-free dashi that contains no allergens. Convenient stick type is ideal for use up. Environmentally friendly packaging made primarily of paper to reduce the use of plastic.
Both the bonito pure dashi and kelp pure dashi are “Halal certified”. Kelp Pure Dashi is vegan certified.
One stick (4g) in 500-600cc of water makes enough broth for 3-4 servings.
