<Ordering contact lenses>

Contact lenses are classified as Highly Controlled Medical Devices in Japan. For shipments outside Japan, the customer becomes the importer of record under a personal importation framework.

The customer is solely responsible for confirming the legality of importation in their country, including but not limited to medical device regulations, prescription requirements, age restrictions, and import limitations. We assume no responsibility under foreign laws for import permission, customs clearance eligibility, or legality of use.

Contact lenses are medical devices and improper use may cause serious eye disorders.
Always follow the instructions of an eye care professional and observe proper wearing time and usage methods. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any health damage resulting from improper use.

<Ordering Process>

To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you must enter shipping and payment information. A valid email address and phone number are required as they may be used by the carrier for delivery contact.

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Please retain it until delivery is completed.

To prevent delivery issues, a valid phone number including country code is required. We are not responsible for delivery failure or return due to incorrect or missing phone number information.

If you notice errors in color, prescription, or address immediately after ordering, changes may be possible only before fulfillment preparation begins. Please contact us via contact form or email. Once the order status becomes “Preparing” or “Shipped”, no changes can be made. Please carefully confirm prescription selection before ordering.

<Payment>

All orders are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY) using the payment methods designated on this website.

The final payment amount including shipping and currency conversion fees can be confirmed at checkout. Since payment is processed in JPY, the billing amount may differ from the displayed amount due to exchange rates set by the credit card company. This also applies to refunds, and we do not compensate for exchange differences.

Duties and taxes vary depending on country, product, quantity, and customs determination. All duties, VAT, sales tax, customs handling fees (ICOD), inspection fees, and any similar charges imposed by destination authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

If payment of these charges is refused, customs may destroy or return the shipment. Destroyed shipments are not eligible for compensation. If returned to Japan, refunds will not be issued. Reshipment is available only upon payment of reshipping costs.

Shipments confiscated or destroyed due to medical device regulations are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

<Delivery>

All products are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) or an equivalent trackable international courier service. All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (excluding holidays). A shipment notification email with tracking number will be sent. Larger orders may require additional processing time.

Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on region. Transit time may vary due to customs clearance, destination country conditions, weather, and other uncontrollable factors.

After shipment, please contact your local carrier directly using the tracking number for delivery inquiries.

Delivery is deemed completed when the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
If the tracking shows delivered but the package is not received, please initiate an investigation with the local carrier. We may assist with initiating carrier investigation procedures, but compensation decisions are subject to the carrier’s policies.

Delivery requires a signature. If the package is returned due to refusal or storage expiration, the return & refund policy will apply.

EMS is a face-to-face delivery requiring signature confirmation. If the package is returned to Japan due to absence or storage expiration, round-trip shipping costs and handling fees will be charged to the customer. Due to hygienic product nature, cancellations (refunds) after return are not accepted.

In some countries, undeliverable packages may be destroyed locally instead of returned. In such cases, reshipment and refund are not available.

● Delivery fee

Asia Regions:
Free shipping on orders 5,000 JPY or more
Shipping fee: 3,000 JPY for orders under 5,000 JPY

Other Regions:
Free shipping on orders 10,000 JPY or more
Shipping fee: 5,000 JPY for orders under 10,000 JPY

<Returns & Refunds>

●Returns

Returns are accepted only within 5 days after delivery and only for our fault (wrong item, damage during shipping, initial defect such as torn lens, or other reasons approved by customer support).

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed, or modified items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, items with opened outer box or blister packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer-related reasons (wrong prescription, color preference, discomfort, ordering mistake, or image difference) are not eligible for return or exchange. Color appearance and wearing comfort vary depending on individual differences and monitor environment.

All returns require prior approval from customer support. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns are generally not accepted; however, if we independently determine the item is resellable (unopened and undamaged), exceptional acceptance may be considered.

If approved, the following costs will be deducted:
• Outbound and return shipping costs
• Handling and inspection fee (10% of product price)

Refunds will be issued only if a remaining balance exists after deductions.

Return Shipping

For our fault, return shipping cost will be covered by us. Please contact us before returning and follow instructions.

Shipping reimbursement method:
Return via the lowest trackable shipping method and provide receipt copy; shipping cost will be refunded through the payment system.

Return not required (local disposal):
Depending on product nature and shipping cost, we may instruct disposal and provide replacement or refund.

Unauthorized returns or COD shipments will not be accepted.

<Cancellation>

Orders may be canceled with full refund only before fulfillment preparation begins. Once status becomes “Preparing” or “Shipped,” cancellation is not accepted.

<Disclaimer>

Carriers may suspend service without notice due to geopolitical events or pandemics. If shipment becomes impossible after ordering, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, or logistics disruptions. We are not liable for such force majeure delays.

We are a product seller and not a medical service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages, health issues, or indirect losses arising from product use.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
