Asia: FREE on orders of 5,000 JPY or more.
(Flat rate of 3,000 JPY for orders under 5,000 JPY)

Other Regions: FREE on orders of 10,000 JPY or more.
(Flat rate of 5,000 JPY for orders under 10,000 JPY)

Q: Who is the importer of record?
A: For international orders, the customer becomes the importer and is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

Q: Will customs duties or import restrictions apply?
A: Import rules differ by country. You must check your local regulations regarding medical devices before purchasing.

Q: Can you guarantee customs clearance?
A: No. We cannot guarantee import approval or customs clearance outside Japan.
