Hinai Jidori Chicken Soup Stock is a premium Japanese granulated soup stock made with 100% Hinai Jidori chicken from Akita Prefecture, Japan.

Available in two variations: Whole Chicken and Consommé. Whole Chicken offers a rich, deep chicken umami flavor, while Consommé has a milder and well-balanced taste with Japanese vegetable extracts.
