This granulated consommé soup stock is made from 100% Hinai Jidori chicken produced in Akita Prefecture.
It is made with Japanese vegetable extracts (potato, carrot and onion) and No MSG added.
It has a mild and delicate taste that combines the unique umami of Hinai Jidori chicken and vegetables, and can be used in a variety of dishes such as soups, pot-au-feu, and stews.
Three points of attention
1. 100% Hinai Jidori chicken with rich umami
Compared to broilers, Hinai Jidori chicken is rich in inosinic acid and other umami components. Therefore, this product does not contain any amino acid seasoning to bring out the full umami of the ingredients.
2. Hinai Jidori whole chicken and Japanese vegetables are simmered to extract umami
Hinai Jidori chicken is effectively utilized not only the meat and guts, but also the unused small bones and firmer parts of the chicken. It is simmered together with domestically produced potatoes, carrots, and onions to create a consommé soup with the umami of chicken and the sweetness of vegetables.
